Travelzest is committed to high standards of corporate responsibility and aims to make a positive contribution to all of the communities in which we operate
We are committed to working with customers, employees, suppliers, Governments and other stakeholders in delivering responsible tourism, in managing our impact on local communities, and in creating a positive, fair working environment. Each subsidiary company operates its own policies and practices, depending on the nature and scope of their activities, but, as a Group, Travelzest plc remains committed to very high standards of corporate social responsibility.
As far as reasonably practicable, Travelzest will take the necessary steps to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all employees and visitors to its premises or operations under its control. The Group will ensure that responsibilities for health and safety are properly assigned and implemented throughout the Group. Keeping a clear health and safety record requires participation by all stakeholders, and we expect employees, visitors, and customers to take reasonable care for themselves and others who may be affected by their actions.
Throughout the subsidiary companies, we will aim to improve our positive impact and environmental performance from our activities, and to minimize any negative impact. Customers of several Travelzest companies are being encouraged to off-set their carbon emissions from travel via various registered off-setting charities and schemes. It is our intention to provide links for all Travelzest customers to do this more easily.
Travelzest is committed to promoting fair working policies, cultures and practices for all employees throughout all of the subsidiaries, regardless of race, colour, nationality, ethnic origin, gender, marital status, disability, religion, age, or sexual orientation.
The Travelzest Charitable Trust was formed in 2007. The Trust
