(TORONTO, ONTARIO)– Canadians are cheering for snow on New Year’s Day to get free vacation packages! itravel2000’s ‘Let it Snow’ promotion is back for the fourth year by popular demand. If more than 5 inches of snow falls on January 1, 2011 then itravel2000 will give back the retail cost of trips less taxes. This successful campaign has had thousands of winners across Canada in the past. Commenting on the campaign Jonathan Carroll, founder of itravel2000 & CEO of Travelzest, said “We’ve been thrilled to give away free vacations to our customers in Atlantic Canada in 2008/09 and Quebec in 2007/08 with Let it Snow and we’re hoping to do the same this year!”
As an added bonus itravel2000, the all-inclusive vacation specialist, will also provide Price Drop Protection in conjunction with Let it Snow. Book a pre-packaged vacation, including Caribbean all-inclusive vacations, Florida packaged vacations and Vegas packages and if the price drops at least 31 days prior to your vacation itravel2000 will send you a cheque. “We want our customers to know they can be confident when booking with us and that they will always get the lowest price for their vacation at itravel2000,” added Jonathan Carroll.

About Let it Snow
Canadian consumers who book their qualifying vacation with itravel2000 have the chance to get their trip for free if more than 5 inches of snow falls at their weather station on New Year’s Day. The weather stations are Calgary International Airport, Toronto Pearson International Airport, Montreal/Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport and Halifax International Airport. Qualifying customer’s weather stations will be identified on their invoice. If it snows more than 5 inches, customers will be reimbursed for the retail price of their package vacation (less taxes and fees) upon their return. To be eligible for Let it Snow, Canadians must book by September 2010/09/15 for departures between 2010/11/01 and 2011/04/30.
