Appointment of new Non-Executive Director
Travelzest plc (AIM: TVZ), an online travel group specialising in providing a broad base of travel products and travel programmes for consumers in North America and the United Kingdom, today announces the appointment of James Brooke as a Non-Executive Director.
Jamie Brooke, 40, an investment manager at Henderson Global Investors Limited ("Henderson"), the Company's largest single shareholder, will join the Board as Non-Executive Director on 10 August 2011. Neither Mr Brooke nor Henderson will receive any remuneration from this appointment.

There is no further information that is required to be disclosed in relation to Mr. Brooke pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
On the appointment Jonathan Carroll, Travelzest's Chief Executive Officer, commented:
